Katy Martin
Hometown: NYC
Katy Martin is an artist whose large-scale digital prints, films, and videos have been shown at the Museum of Modern Art, NURTUREart, the Tribeca Film Festival, PS 122 Gallery, the Brooklyn Academy of Music; Green Dog Arts in Belfast, N. Ireland; and the Shanghai Duolun Museum of Modern Art in China. She has also been featured in Bomb Magazine (New York) and Art World Magazine (Shanghai). In collaboration with a museum curator from Shanghai, she has also curated two Chinese video series for Anthology Film Archives. In addition, she is collaborating on video and performance projects with the dancer/choreographer, Miriam Parker. Martin lives and works in New York.

Arthur Simms
Hometown: NYC
The sculptor Arthur Simms was born in Saint Andrew, Jamaica, West Indies in 1961. He emigrated to Brooklyn, New York in 1969. Mr. Simms has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Rome Prize Fellowship, Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Award, Irish Museum of Modern Art Residency, Academy Award for Art from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, Creative Capital Grant, Guggenheim Fellowship, New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship, Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Residency Fellowship, Joan Mitchell Foundation Grant, Pollock-Krasner Grant, and a Marie Walsh Sharpe Foundation Studio Grant. He has exhibited nationally and internationally and represented the country of Jamaica in its first ever pavilion in the 49th Venice Biennial in 2001.

Jo Wood-Brown

Jo Wood-Brown is a New York City-based multimedia artist. She has exhibited her work widely both as a painter and as an installation artist. She is also known for her collaborations with dancers, musicians and filmmakers. Wood-Brown has exhibited in galleries and in site-specific installations throughout the United States and in Europe. Recent venues include Show Walls, Paul Sharpe Contemporary Art, Edward Thorp Gallery, The Vision Festival; Center for Contemporary Art, Santa Fe, Art Bank, Belfast, Northern Ireland; Ausstellung, Ort, Wuppertal, Germany. Her work has been in Chelsea Now; Wuppertaller Kultur, Wuppertal Germany; Art Forum; Magazine.Art; Stern Magazine. Special publications include: Artery NvTV Belfast, Northern Ireland. Wood-Brown is the founder of Artist Exchange International that promotes international dialogue in contemporary art issues amongst artists in various countries. Michael Zwack
Hometown: NYC
Michael Zwack was born in Buffalo, New York and earned his B. A. degree at Buffalo State College in 1970. He was a founding member of Hallwalls Contemporary art Center and moved to New York City in 1976 where he has lived ever since. He is represented in collections of numerous museums throughout the U.S. and has had both solo and group exhibitions throughout the U.S. and Europe. He is represented in nearly 100 publications including: ART IN AMERICA, THE NEW YORKER, ARTNEWS, BOMB MAGAZINE, VENICE MAGAZINE, and ARTFORUM. He has received grants from the Adolph & Esther Gottlieb Foundation, Pollock-Krasner Foundation, the National Endowment for the arts, and C.A.P.S. Zwack has also been a visiting artist at the Studio Museum School of Fine Arts in Boston, Massachusetts, and the Syracuse University Graduate Art Program, in Syracuse, NY.
